NEW PRIORITIES FULLY ASSIGNED

Delivery teams identified while existing commitments remain protected.

The Firm has named delivery teams for its strategic priorities, completing an important step towards mobilisation.

Nominated colleagues will remain on their current assignments until release dates have been agreed with the relevant project owners. Existing deadlines and budgets are unchanged.

Project owners have welcomed the opportunity to contribute experienced people. Releases will be confirmed once suitable replacements are in place, allowing clients to benefit from continuity throughout the transition.

Finance has asked workstream sponsors to identify the budgets that will move with their teams. Current budget owners should retain sufficient funding to meet all outstanding commitments.

In the meantime, nominated colleagues will prepare mobilisation plans alongside their current work. The plans should identify the capacity needed to begin.

All priorities now have a team. Start dates will follow once the teams become available.
