I have been nominated to represent my project on the group reviewing how we can reduce internal meetings.

The first session is at the same time as our project meeting. My project lead has asked me to attend that one because I hold the latest figures. The review group has asked me to attend theirs because it needs to hear from active projects.

I have accepted both invitations so that neither group has to postpone its work.
