DELIVERY CAPACITY TAKES A STEP FORWARD

Enhanced tools bring more work to the point of review.

Enhanced development tools are helping colleagues across Delivery Enablement complete coding and testing sooner.

This week's delivery deck recognises two forms of completion: “delivery-complete” and “review-complete”. Work awaiting acceptance can now appear in the progress report without waiting for acceptance.

“We want colleagues to receive timely recognition for completed work,” the delivery lead said. “We have added a column.”

Items carried into the next reporting period should retain their original approval reference.

The review calendar is unchanged.
